For BAND members (not orchestra!), solos & ensembles entered at District MPA must be on the official FBA solo & ensemble music list. You can find ALL FBA music lists at:

Scroll down to the Solo & Ensemble Section and you will find both the list and a considerable amount of clarifying information. NOTE: The actual list is an Excel spreadsheet; when you click on it your computer should automatically download the file. You’ll really want to do this on a computer rather than a mobile device, you’ll want the screen space.
